Something a Little Different

Equestrian Portrait Photography

It might seem an unexpected class for a photography studio to offer, but for us it's entirely natural. The studio sits adjacent to Blackburn House Equestrian Centre, we're horse owners ourselves, and equestrian photography is very much part of what we do in our business as portrait photographers.

Simple to photograph, simple processing - effective portraits with impact.

This half-day workshop takes you out to the stables - literally a one-minute walk - to capture stunning horse portraits in a real working yard, and finishes with a post-processing session back in the studio.

The techniques we cover are equally applicable to dogs, people, or any subject on location.
