Studio Facilities
Working Space
The studio floor is 6.6m × 6.5m (22′ × 21.7′) - 42.9m² (476.7ft²) - with a double-height ceiling. The premises are significantly larger than the shooting space alone.
Natural light is available from east-facing French doors and a generous run of windows, subject to available daylight.
Studio Flash
The primary lighting is five Broncolor Siros S heads. Two Bowens Gemini 500 Pro monolights are available as backup. All light stands are column/pole stands with dollies. The boom stand is safely rated to mount a flash head and all but the heaviest modifiers at 2.7m/9ft.

Bowens fittings can be used with the Broncolor Siros heads via a speed ring adapter.
Flash Triggers
Both Broncolor RFS and Bowens Pulsar radio triggers are compatible with standard hotshoes. An adapter is available for older Sony/Minolta gear. PC sync cables are available, and the flash heads also have optical slave triggers.
Continuous Lighting
A pair of Arri Junior Fresnel (halogen) lights with barn doors — one 150W and one 300W.
Backgrounds
2.7m seamless roll paper is generally available in white, grey and black, with a selection of coloured paper which can be swapped-in on request. Minimum drop approximately 2.5m. A 3m grey vinyl roll is hung on a second wall with a minimum 3m drop.
There is no infinity curve — that style of portraiture is not part of our business model.
The Wall
A moveable 2.4m × 2.4m panel - black wallpaper on one side, vertical-reed patterned bronze/browns on the other.

The Camera Stand
A 2m Foba DSS Gamma fitted with a Foba Superball head, Arca Swiss clamp, and laptop table.
General
The studio has a small dressing room with clothes rail and mirror. There is a downstairs kitchen area with Nespresso machine - help yourself to tea and coffee (and please wash your own dishes afterwards).
A shower is available in the upstairs toilet - bring your own towels. A fold-out bed is available; bring your own linen. The studio has full wheelchair access and a fully equipped accessible toilet. Wifi is available throughout.
A member of staff is always on hand to help with equipment setup, answer questions, and assist with kit changes. We would rather help than risk damage to equipment or injury. Working assistants and tuition can be arranged — ask when booking.
The work on the walls is our own - the samples are a significant investment and should be treated with care.
