Very few people read the manual that comes with the camera (they’re full of good information, but they are dull and uninteresting). We’ve structured this class to cover the basics of digital photography and to teach you how to use your camera (or more importantly control it to make it do what you want, not what it wants).
The class isn’t intended for the simplest of point’n’shoot cameras, but it’s fine for digital SLRs, mid-range compact cameras and all these nice new mirror-less camera systems. It’s about taking control of the camera, so the camera does need to allow us that option – if you’re unsure if your camera would be suitable get in touch.
We’ve got 4 dates for December & January:
7pm Tuesday 11th December 2012
7pm Thursday 27th December 2012
2pm Saturday 5th January 2013
7pm Thursday 17th January 2013

It’s also an ideal gift for Christmas (especially to go with the new camera). You don’t have to pick a specific date if you want to buy it as a gift (and we’ll add dates for further classes to meet demand).
